hmm I'll point out the mistakes you did:

- on the very beginning you did a sloopy turn, you don't need to do that. Just left strafe and it'll do it smoothly
- after getting the dragon, you entered the tunnel too much to the right.. you can get into it almost touching the tunnel wall
- shoot the bitch just once, and when you are close enough. You attempted to shoot her from too far and missed, and you won't get any faster pick up by doing that. Try to just move your analog a bit and shoot once, barely losing any strafe. Also go for a safe pickup, by getting close to her (not that you did this, just pointing it out), instead of going for a lucky far throw which will happen like 10% of the time (which sums up with the 50% or so chances of a good bitch position)
- on the way back after getting the disguise, you can hang a little more on the wall to your right, this will drastically improve your door TT.. with these improvements you can get high 19 doors constantly
- your bitch talk part was perfect, you could just have opened the door a tad sooner (like .3 or so).. the door can be opened a little before the talk, so watch this out
- you did a sloopy strafing up to the dragon throw, but that's just level practice I suppose
- ok so here's a good tip to the drugspy part: you can move it while it's "loading", or something. So after right you put it down, right strafe and move your analog to the left (if you are 1.2, I can't recall which one you use). You can get a better B pressing with right strafe there. This is kinda hard to get used to, but it's much better
- also, you used the drugspy too early! you can move on a little further before doing it, and then you can do what I said above with a better precision
- guess you know that if you throw the dragon a little more to the right (just below the glass), it'll blow up the glass aswell, saving you some time
- your dragon boost was good enough, but you did some sloopy turns, but again, it's just practice
- the elevator part was fine, but get closer to the door (hang to it) so you get a better accuracy at the panel shooting
- you can do the laser part without losing any speed (strafe around while the laser is up), but it was fine enough for 1:17 or even 1:16

You can easily get 1:16 by fixing those.. 1:15 requires a little more practice, though, but go for lower than that 1:23!
